4	setLanguage permissions bug	mdorn	mdorn	NOTE: double check to make sure this is still a problem\r\n\r\nFor non-managers always happens upon trying to translate—Unauthorized: You are not allowed to access ‘setLanguage’ in this context: Had to change the “modify” permission on the “complete” stage to “Member, Manager, Reviewer” in order for another user to be able to do a translation on a doc submitted for translation. This is not good because any old user will be able to change a document in “complete” stage then. Need to look into changing the permissions on a doc with a workflow transition. 	defect	new	major	0.3	model
